If you have adherent cells that you cannot use in for flow cytometric analyses, Dualsystems provides a TriCEPS Version that contains a TAMRA fluorophore to visualize the binding of your ligand to the cell membrane by microscopy.

How does it work?



For a successful identification of the receptors or targets of a ligand (peptide, protein, antibody, ADC’s, primary amine containing molecules) it is essential that the cells used in the main LRC-TriCEPS experiment express the unknown targets. TriCEPS V2.0 can be used as reagent in Flow Cytometry (FACS) to screen different cell lines or primary cells to identify the cells that express the unknown target of the ligand (peptide, protein, antibody, ADC’s, primary amine containing molecules).
